1) Scope of Application
These Terms govern sales made in our store and delivery/COD orders placed through our digital channels. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
2) Definitions
Store/We/Us: Sport & More.
Customer/You: The end purchaser of the products.
Products: Apparel, footwear, bags, socks, and accessories offered for display/sale.
Courier: “Al-Waseet” or any other carrier engaged by the Store.
COD: Cash on Delivery.
3) Products & Inventory
Product specs (brand, size, color, model/code where available) are shown to the best of our ability. Minor color differences may occur between photos and the actual product.
The store is connected to a single physical stock; availability on the website/social pages is subject to real-time size/color stock.
We may cancel any order if stock runs out or if there is an obvious error in pricing or description, with notice to the customer.
4) Prices, Currency & Exchange Rate
Base pricing currency: USD.
Customers in Iraq usually pay in IQD according to the internal exchange rate applied on the day of payment/exchange. We may update the rate according to the parallel market.
Prices exclude delivery fees, which are added when applicable.
Any government fees/taxes (if applicable in the future) are charged per the prevailing laws.
5) Payment Methods
Cash (IQD or USD) in store or upon delivery (COD).
Card payments via POS device (e.g., “Amwal” provider). Additional verification by the provider may be required.
Payments are processed through our systems (Odoo POS/Accounting). A receipt/invoice is issued upon payment.
6) Delivery & COD
Courier: Al-Waseet (or a comparable alternative).
Shipping fee: IQD 5,000 payable by the customer.
Delivery time is an estimate and depends on city/province, order status, weather, and public holidays.
If delivery fails (no answer/wrong address/refusal), the order may be returned to the store. Undelivered COD orders are considered cancelled and the case is closed (an exception to the “no cash refund” rule below).
Upon receiving the parcel, delivery is deemed completed unless the customer immediately reports visible damage or shortage.
7) Quality Inspection & Manufacturing Defects
The customer is expected to inspect the product at purchase/delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is proven within a reasonable short period, the Store will provide a like-for-like exchange or equivalent alternative at the same value, subject to availability.
8) Exchange Policy (No Cash Refunds)
(This policy is posted on invoices and in-store signage.)
No cash refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange within 7 days from purchase/delivery at the invoice value or higher.
Exchange conditions:
Unused, unwashed, and odor-free.
With all tags and accessories and in original packaging (especially footwear with the box).
Socks and similar items are not exchangeable once packaging is opened.
Exchanges are based on the price actually paid; any difference is not refunded in cash.
Proven manufacturing defect: like-for-like exchange or equivalent alternative at the same value, or store credit, at management’s discretion.
Pricing is in USD and collection is usually in IQD; for exchanges, the internal exchange rate on the exchange day applies.
Undelivered COD orders are cancelled (exception to the no-cash-refund rule).
Invoice is mandatory for any exchange.
Final clearance items may be excluded from the exchange policy.
Management reserves the right to accept/refuse an exchange if conditions are not met.
Policy may be updated and announced.
9) Order Cancellation & Modification
Before dispatch: cancellation may be requested if the order has not yet been shipped.
After delivery: the exchange policy above applies.
We are not obliged to process changes after an invoice is issued except as permitted by applicable regulations.
10) Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects as per clause (7).
We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages or loss of profit arising from misuse or unsuitability for a particular purpose not disclosed to us.
In all cases, our liability is capped at the invoice value of the product in dispute.
11) Accounts & Personal Data
Customers may be asked to provide accurate contact details (name, phone, address).
Data is used to fulfill orders, after-sales service, and legal compliance.
We respect customer privacy and follow standard commercial practices; we do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
We may use third-party platforms (courier/payment provider) and share the minimum data necessary to deliver the service.
12) Offers & Discounts
Promotions are limited by time or quantity and may not cover all products or sizes.
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
If there is a material error in price/description, we may cancel the order, notify the customer, and refund any amount paid.
13) Intellectual Property
All logos, trade names, images, texts, designs, and content on our channels are protected. Copying or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
14) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including disasters, crises, essential service outages, or official decisions.
15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Courts of Baghdad shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise expressly agreed.
16) Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website or display of the updated version in the store.
